Native Hawaiian Coalition
The Special Committee on Rules of the Assembly shall consist of nine (9) members that have knowledge in drafting and formatting Charters, Constitution, By-Laws, Special Rules of Order, Standing Rules, Rules of Order (Parliamentary Procedures), Customs.
Each member must have some working knowledge of Federal, State, Local Laws, and Hawaii Laws both past and present.
It shall be the duty of the Special Committee on Rules of the Assembly to draft all necessary documents and recommendations for the lawful authority and existence, appropriate duties, operation, and liabilities of the Native Hawaiian Coalition.
